The Revitalization of the park located at the Bayview Hill Community Centre specified staggered and scheduled park area substantial completions and opening to the public, and a vast update to the services and attractions to the neighbouring community.

Scope included site prep, demolition & removals, stockpiling, rough grading, Site Servicing (Storm, Sanitary, Watermain, Gas, Electrical), concrete & asphalt paving, concrete form & structural work, Pickleball & Tennis Courts, Multi-use Sports Court, Playground with two types of safety surfacing, Splash Pad/Ice Rink combination and associated equipment, Washroom/Mechanical Building, Shade Structure, Site Furnishings and decorative fencing, and planting throughout the site.
