Excavation
With the use of AGTEK software paired with machines equipped with Automatic Grade Control and GPS capability, our team accurately completes removals and excavations vertically and horizontally for any necessary fill removals, testing, stockpiling promptly after site mobilization.
Rough Grading
All S&F's machinery, large and small, is equiped with Automatic Grade Control, where rough grading throughout site is completed accurately to appropriate subgrades, preparing the site for Civil works, grade changes, and Landscape improvements.
Fine Grading
The final step in site preparations which require delicate and meticulous grading activities completed by hand and/or machine, leave the site prepared for applications of hard and soft surfaces alike. As-Builts upon completion confirm the accuracy and quality of our workmanship.
