Elgin Park improvements consisted of the addition of an accessible playground and walkways, new shade structure, washroom building winterization, and site lighting and electrical. Our crews and began with removals, site grading, armourstone wall placement, installation of safety surfacing, curbing, with subcontractors completing concrete, asphalt, play surfacing, washroom retrofitting and electrical scope.
