Tasca Park Phase I, completed in 2016, included playgrounds, natural play areas, soccer field, splash pad, skate park, parking lot, play field, fitness equipment and shade structure.

The construction of Tasca Park Phase II development included hoarding fence, demolition & removals, sub-excavation, rough & fine grading, installation of services and mechanicals, installation of playground and safety surface, all sports courts, fencing, hard and soft landscaping, and site restoration. The park remained open and as active as possible during construction. Features included, a pump track, tennis and pickleball courts, pathways, and lighting as well as a fenced dog park. Multi-court relocation and prep for washroom building.
